Tater Tot Casserole

Preheat oven to 350º F

In a large skillet over medium high heat stir together...

• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 onion, diced

When onions have turned translucent, stir in...

• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 lb ground beef

When beef has browned and is crumbly, remove from heat and mix in...

• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Transfer mixture to a 9x13" casserole dish then sprinkle on top in layers...

• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 32 oz package frozen tater tots
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Bake in pre-heated oven until topping is golden, about 35-45 minutes.
