Place into a slow cooker...
- 8-10 whole pepperoncini peppers
- 1 boneless beef chuckeye roast (about 2.5lbs)
- 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix (1oz)
- 1 packet au jus mix (1 oz)
- 1 stick of butter
Cook on low for 8-10 hours and enjoy.
This roast can be cut into chunks and served with sides of mashed potatoes and a steamed vegetable. Or it can be shredded and served on hawaii rolls as a sandwich.
