Prep Steps
Preheat oven to 425°F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 6–8 minutes until crispy, then drain on paper towels and chop fine...
- 16oz thick-cut bacon
Finely shred and combine in a bowl...
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese
Open a bag of...
- 10oz TGI Friday’s Potato Skins (Cheddar & Bacon flavor)
Layer & Bake
Assemble half of the ingredients on the baking sheet in layers:

- Cooked bacon, chopped
Repeat with a second layer using the remaining chips, bacon, and top generously with the rest of the cheese.
Bake at 425°F for 5–7 minutes just until the cheese is completely melted and bubbly. (Watch closely so the chips don't scorch).
Finish & Garnish

- 1/2 cup Crema Mexicana (or sour cream)
- 2 tbsp pickled jalapeño slices (optional)
- 1/3 cup green onions, finely chopped (optional)
