The Meat Sauce

In a large pot of salted water, boil until just under al dente (it will finish cooking in the oven)...

  • 16oz spaghetti

Meanwhile, In a large skillet over medium high heat, brown until cooked through...

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced

Drain any excess grease and season with...

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Cook for a minute until fragrant, then stir in...

  • 24 oz tomato sauce

Lower the heat and let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes.

The "Million Dollar" Cream

In a large pot over medium low heat combine...

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup cream
  • 8oz cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh grated parmesan

Note: Avoid boiling the sauce. High heat can cause the fat to separate, resulting in a broken or grainy sauce rather than a smooth, velvety one.

Toss the cooked, drained spaghetti into this creamy mixture until every strand is coated.

Final Assembly

Pre-heat oven to 350º F.

In a 9x13" baking dish spread the creamy spaghetti into an even layer

Pour the meat sauce over the pasta, spreading it all the way to the edges. Sprinkle over the top...

  • 2 cups grated mozzarella

Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are bubbly.

Garnish with fresh basil or parsley. Then Serve and enjoy!
