The Chicken Base
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Season evenly on all sides...
- 2 lbs chicken tenderloins, cubed
with...
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Ensure all the chicken is coated thoroughly in the seasoning. Then arrange the seasoned chicken in a single layer inside a 9x13" casserole dish.
The Creamy Sauce
In a medium bowl, whisk together until smooth and completely combined....
- 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
Spread mixture evenly over the seasoned chicken.
The Stuffing Topping & Bake
Sprinkle evenly across the top of the creamy soup layer...
- 6 oz box dry stuffing mix
Slowly and evenly pour over the top of the stuffing, taking care to wet all of the dry stuffing crumbs so they hydrate properly...
- 2 cups chicken brot
Bake at 375°F for 40-45 minutes.
Remove when the stuffing is golden brown and crisp on top, the sauce is bubbling at the edges, and the chicken is fully cooked through.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
