- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt to taste
Stir until butter has completely and incorporated into the sauce. This makes a moderately hot buffalo sauce.
Note: Do not overheat the sauce with the butter in it or you risk breaking the sauce, causing the oil to separate. Add more or less hot sauce or butter to adjust spiciness to your preferred level.
Remove from heat and serve with diced chicken or chicken wings. Goes great with lettuce wraps, mac and cheese, sliders, nachos, pizza, or a myriad of other applications. Enjoy!
