Note: This recipe requires a steam wand from a typical espresso machine, any steam wand will do.
Pre-heat steam wand.
Insert into a stainless steel frothing pitcher...
- 2-3 eggs, lightly whipped
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Note: Make sure to not add any milk or water to the pitcher or the eggs will come out soggy.
Plunge the steam wand into the pitcher and move it all around within the egg. As it heats up the butter will start to melt and incorporate into the eggs.
After about a minute of steaming, the eggs will begin to form into solid chunks.
Turn steamed eggs over onto...
- 1 slice of toast, buttered
