Smothered Pork Chops

Season on both sides with salt and pepper to taste or seasoning of your choice (such as Adobo seasoning)...
- 5 center cut pork chops
Note: You can cut your own pork chops out of a center cut pork loin to save money per pound.
Add to a mixing bowl or large Ziploc bag...
- 1/2 cup flour
Dredge pork chops in the flour until coated all around.
Heat in a large frying pan over medium-high heat...
- 1/3 cup frying oil
Fry breaded pork chops in the oil until browned on both sides.
Remove chops and set aside. Then add to the pan...
- 1 onion, sliced julienne
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
When onion and garlic have softened and become fragrant, add...
- 1 can (10.5oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
Stir together and bring to a boil. Then return to the pan the browned pork chops.
Cover and reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes until the pork chops are cooked through.
Serve and enjoy!
