In a slow cooker add...
- 2.5 lbs corned beef, diced (and contents of included seasoning packet)
- 6 cups beef broth or stock
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 lb sauerkraut, drained
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
Cook on low for 7 hours then mix in...
- 2 cups heavy cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Serve with toasted Rye bread and shredded swiss cheese; garnish with green onions.
