In small bowl mix together...
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1/8 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- a pinch of kosher salt
In a small saucepan over medium heat add...

Gently heat the cider until it's steaming and not boiling and then add about 1/4 of the cider to the butter mix and stir until incorporated.
