My wife says she hates fish and when I suggested we try some halibut for dinner she wasn't exactly thrilled. But as soon as she tried this lemon pepper garlic seared halibut she couldn't stop eating it. And when I threatened to take my son's Fortnight away for a week he tried it and said, "not bad"!
