Combine together in a mixing bowl...
- 2 cans (4oz) tuna fish, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp wasabi paste
- 2 tsp Italian dressing
- 3 tbsp finely chopped red onion
- 3 tbsp dill pickle relish
- 1/4 cup chopped apple
- 1/2 cup fresh corn kernels
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
Store in the fridge and just prior to serving, combine with...
- 1/2 cup jalapeño potato chips
Serve on a romaine lettuce leaf or as a sandwich or even as a chip dip. Enjoy!
