This recipe builds off of others...
Create a simple Béarnaise Sauce and a New York Strip prepared to your desired doneness.
Prepare two eggs sunny side up seasoned to taste with salt and pepper.
Arrange on a plate your steak, cut against the grain and fanned out, followed by your two eggs. Then top with a line of the Béarnaise sauce over the steak.
