Cube into bite sized pieces....
- 1.5 lb chicken breasts
Sprinkle evenly over the cubed chicken....

- 1/3 cup corn starch
In a large skillet with a dash of olive oil cook the chicken cubes in two batches, making sure they don't stick together until they're browned on all sides.
When all the chicken is done, remove from pan and set aside.
In the same pan add...
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Once the glaze has reached a boil for a minute, return the chicken to the pan until it's all thoroughtly coated in the sauce
Note: If the glaze is too thin, add 1/2 tsp cornstarch mixed into a slurry with 1 tsp water to thicken it some more until it sticks to the chicken.
Serve over rice and enjoy!
