This recipe builds off of others...
Add to a gallon sized ziploc bag and let marinade for at least an hour up to a day in advance...
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp sage
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
When meat has finished marinating remove from marinade and let drain in a sieve, then add to a large skillet over hight heat in 1/3 lb batches to let the meat sear properly.
