- vodka sauce
- chicken cutlets, dipped into vodka sauce
- fresh basil
- fresh grated parmesan
- sliced provolone
- more vodka sauce
Brush both sides of bread on the outside with...
- garlic butter
Fry sandwich with a panini press, or alternatively cook in a large skillet with a heavy meat press or another heavy skillet set on top of the sandwich. Flip when first side is toasted and repeat on the other side.
Serve with a side of vodka sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
