Queso Blanco Cheese Dip

In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine...

• 1 cup crema Mexicana
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 can (4 oz) mild diced green chiles
• 1/2 tsp kosher salt{tip:We test with Morton kosher salt. Using table salt? Use about 3/4 as much. Diamond Crystal? Use about 1 1/2 times as much.}
• 1/4 tsp ground cumin
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1 cup queso quesadilla cheese, shredded

Heat slowly, stirring often, until the cheese has fully melted and the dip is smooth.
