Cut into bite size pieces...

  • 1 1/4 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Add chicken to a bowl and mix mix until well combined...

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp corn starch

Add to a small bowl and whisk together...

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp gochujang paste
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

In a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat add...

  • 4 tbsp cooking oil

Add chicken in batches and cook on all sides for 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Then remove from pan and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium low and add..

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Stir in pan until garlic is fragrant, then add the gochujang sauce mixture.

When sauce starts to bubble, return the chicken to the pan and toss to combine until coated.

Remove from pan and garnish with...

  • green onions
  • sesame seeds

Serve with a side of white rice, and enjoy!
