- 2 packs of spring roll shells (25 ct)
To wrap spring rolls, place portion of mix in the center diamond of a spring roll shell (don’t over-stuff the rolls). Then roll the bottom edge up and over the mix, followed by the left and right sides, and finally roll into it’s final form, squeezing the mix into a tight roll.
Wet the edges with water or a mixture of egg white and water to seal the roll. Deep fry in peanut oil, or oil of your choice at 350º F for 4-5 minutes.
