Minecraft MooShroom Smash Burgers

The Garlic Aioli

In a small bowl, thoroughly combine until smooth...

• 1/4 cup mayonnaisse
• 2 tsp garlic, minced
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp kosher salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper

The Mushroom & Onion Mix

Cook together in a large skillet over medium high heat...

• 4 tbsp butter
• 8 oz assorted mushrooms, broken apart by hand into chunks
• 1 small onion, halved and sliced
• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 dash of kosher salt
• 1 dash of pepper

When mushrooms and onions have softened and come together, remove from heat and set aside.

The Smash Patties & Assembly

Divide into 4 meatballs...

• 1 1/3 lb ground beef

Take each burger ball and smash it into a thin patty in a screaming hot skillet. Cook until deeply browned and crispy on both sides, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Toast until lightly browned...

• 4 deluxe hamburger buns

Assemble your burger from the bottom up with garlic aioli sauce, romaine lettuce, smash burger, Swiss cheese, and mushroom and onion mix.
