Crunchwrap Supreme Sliders

Prepare a slider assembly station consisting of...

• 1 lb taco seasoned ground beef
• 10-12 small flour tortillas
• warm nacho cheese
• 1 bag round yellow corn chips
• 1 cup sour cream
• shredded lettuce
• 1/2 cup tomatoes, finely diced

Warm flour tortillas according to package directions until pliable.

Place 1–2 tbsp beef in the center; drizzle with nacho cheese.

Spread sour cream on a round corn chip and place it (cream-side up) over the beef.

Add a pinch of shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.

Fold the tortilla edges toward the center in a circular pattern to create 5–6 pleats.

Toast in a pan over medium heat, seam-side down first, until golden on both sides.

Remove from heat and serve. Pair with extra nacho cheese for dipping.
