This classic American meatloaf uses the humble saltine cracker in lieu of the now more traditional breadcrumbs. Line it with bacon and a classic ketchup based glaze and you have a rather magnificent looking Sunday dinner ready to go. It looks and tastes amazing. We had no leftovers!
